Jewellery Care

Taking care of your jewellery is essential to keep it looking its best. Some cosmetics and sprays can cause tarnishing, so it's important to remove your jewellery before going to the gym, showering, gardening or swimming.

Over time, dust can accumulate underneath the stones, but you can easily remove it with a soft toothbrush and warm water. To restore the shine of the metal, you can use a jewellery cleaning cloth, but please note that this won't eliminate scratches that may occur naturally over time. Gold is a soft material, and scratches are an expected part of wear and tear.

To give your jewellery a professional clean and polish, you can book an appointment with us. During this process, we'll check all the settings, and if any undamaged stones need tightening due to normal wear and tear, we'll do so for free. We also offer complimentary yearly checks on undamaged rings.
