The Making Process
During my time as a Jeweller I have been traditionally trained in the art of hand-making. These traditional hand making techniques have been passed on from Jeweller to Jeweller. This is a process from melting the raw gold material & rolling it into stock gauge, shaping it with hammers and pliers, filing and soldering which takes time and a skillful eye. It is quite a messy process, but completely rewarding as what started as melted gold ended up being made into a piece of Jewellery. There are modern techniques of CAD printing & casting which gives you a basic structure which is then handcrafted into a piece of Jewellery. All of my pieces are handcrafted and handmade in my Sydney workshop & are made with the same care & integrity which will stand the test of time.
