Gold is a soft material, and scratches are an expected part of wear and tear.

To give your jewellery a professional clean and polish, you can book an appointment with us. During this process, we'll check all the settings, and if any undamaged stones need tightening due to normal wear and tear, we'll do so for free. We also offer complimentary yearly checks on undamaged rings.
